INTRODUCTION

Solomun serves as a side project, paying homage to an artist that help me to get creative, Solomun.

This projects was my first webflow project.

I wanted to explore this new tool and what’ s possible to build. On this project, I not necessarily trying to resolve a complex problem. I was just having fun exploring how can i showcase an individual in a interesting manner.

GOAL

The goal was to make the user scroll to the bottom.

I once heard by a senior designer that if the user scroll, it is because he didn’t find what he was looking for and we should avoid make long landing page.

In this project, I am challenging his theory – I aimed to make the users scroll, giving him an immersive experience as an artist can make you feel during a show, movie, gallery,...

EXLPICATION

For this projects, movement was my starting point. I wanted to evoke what an individual feel while going on a festival or attending a show. Anywhere where music can be heard, there’s movement.

I haven’t created wireframe, instead I was directly using hight quality medias and typography as my starting point. Sometimes you just need to let the flow working like music.
